Being a learning coach in the lab is one of the best parts of my job at Inholland. In the lab, I really see students grow as people. Students literally get the space to do so. Much more than in a standard classroom where you usually only see students for an hour and a half a week.
In the lab, I see myself more as a collaborative partner of students with whom they can spar. Together we are passionate about working on creative solutions to a (social) issue. The fact that students from different courses sit together is really an added value.
